Entry Level Recruiter / Candidate Resourcer
Onsite in Phoenix (Office Located Near the Biltmore Area)
Base salary + strong uncapped commission incentives + bonuses + benefits
$45,000 basic - OTE $55,000 – $65,000 year one

The Role – Candidate Resourcer
As a Candidate Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruiters by identifying, engaging, and qualifying the best talent in the Data & AI space.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting research to find candidates for live vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screening and qualifying candidates through phone calls and video interviews
- Building relationships with top talent across analytics, data science, and data engineering
- Writing compelling job adverts to attract candidates
- Supporting recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience end-to-end
- Working toward individual and team targets — success in this role will be measured by your placements and pipeline strength
