As the Healthcare Technical Consulting Director, you will:Lead end to end client engagements from strategy development to solution implementation with a focus on digital transformation with the healthcare provider sectorManage project teams providing guidance, mentorship and quality assurance to deliver high-quality work products on time and within budgetServe as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and Senior Leadership guiding them through complex, high-stakes transformation initiativesAdvise clients on business strategy, operating model design and digital roadmaps that leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, telehealth and advanced analyticsConduct in-depth analysis of provider operations, including clinical administrative workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for technology enable improvementDevelop compelling business cases that quantify the benefits of transformation including cost reduction, revenue enhancement and improved clinical outcomesOversee the implementation of digital health solutions, such as EHR and/or ERP optimization, patient engagement platforms and data integration across systemsDesign and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and workflows by clinical and non-clinical staffNavigate complex organizational structures and foster cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with strategic business goalsCultivate and expand client relationships, identifying new business development opportunities within existing accounts and potential clientsLead the development of proposals, presentations, and thought leadership related to healthcare transformation and digital innovation.
Contribute to the growth of the practice by building market presence, expanding service offerings, and mentoring junior consultantsRequired:Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) desirable12+ years of management consulting experience or related advisory role with a focus on the healthcare provider sectorSignificant experience in a Big 4 or top-tier management consultant firmProven track record in leading digital transformation projects involving technology implementation (e.g., ERP, EHR, AI, telehealth) and data analytics. managing scope, budgets, timelines and client relationshipsDeep understanding of healthcare provider operations, including acute care, ambulatory settings, patient access, and clinical workflowsDemonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and manage high-performing teamsExceptional communication, presentation, and client management skillsPreferred:Experience with specific digital health technologies or platformsKnowledge of emerging healthcare
