What You'll Do: Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter security-related risks. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to site protocols. Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment in a tech, media, or telecom setting. Minimum Requirements: CPR or First Aid certification is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience in loss prevention is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
