Who We're Looking For:
Our Company continues to expand, and this IT position will be our first dedicated in‑house IT role. With that, we need an individual who can grow our IT space and take the initiative in assisting our Company in identifying best practices, establishing processes and procedures, and identifying and mitigating risks. This individual should be prepared to communicate with end users both tech‑savvy and non‑tech‑savvy while establishing a relationship as the trusted go‑to IT support individual.

POSITION
The IT & Security Manager will assist with a broad range of IT & administrative security support, including coordinating alongside our 3rd party IT company, troubleshooting, Company IT projects, working with outside business partners and internal end users. This role will support the organization's technology infrastructure and facility security, including hardware, software, networks, user support, security access, and ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Manage & monitor facility security including alarm panel, key card access points, and cameras.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve users' troubles with computer software, hardware, and network‑related issues through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools, software and/or following verbal instructions and collaborating with outside IT company to resolve.
* Field support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns not already handled by 3rd party IT support.
* Work alongside 3rd party IT Company to maintain and troubleshoot laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
* Manage in‑house inventory and life cycle of IT & security equipment from purchase to disposal.
* Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and cloud services alongside 3rd party IT Company.
* Install, configure, manage, and update software and operating systems, user accounts, access rights, and permissions across various platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, etc.) while coordinating with 3rd party IT Company.
