shift Specialty Operator. The hours for this role will be 7 AM-3:30 PM Mon-Fri with a starting pay rate of $19 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Precious Metal Dissolution & Processing Perform dissolution processes on precious metal sponge to create a variety of precursor solutions.
Safely handle and work with hazardous chemicals in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including glassware, air pumps, temperature probes, and p H meters.
Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor process conditions and report mechanical, electrical, or process issues to supervision.
Contribute ideas and recommendations for continuous process improvements.
Powder Processing & Material Handling Process metal powders following synthetic manufacturing operations.
Wash powders using Buchner funnels or decantation methods.
