As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of any unusual activity within the food and beverage production environment. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and orderly environment. Adapt to varying working conditions and environments specific to the location. Minimum Requirements: Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
