Job Summary: We are hiring an Inventory Clerk in Baltimore, Maryland, to play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This position is vital for our logistics and operational efficiency. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all inventory data is accurate and up-to-date. Duties include performing cycle counts, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against records, and investigating any stock imbalances. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas for efficient inventory access. Assist with the receiving and put-away processes. Implement and adhere to all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage. Generate inventory reports as required. Support overall logistics and operational efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred. Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role. Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is essential. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE requirements. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
