We are seeking a few HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our team You will be responsible for the installation and preventative maintenance of HVAC units and systems. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • PTO Responsibilities: • Install HVAC units and uphold all safety regulations. • Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units • Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems • Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently • Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations • Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation • Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance • Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service • Ensure compliance with appliance regulations and the Health and Safety Act • Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols • Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems • Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep • Quickly and capably address any emergency repairs • Abide by all applicable company and industry safety practices • Accomplish on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration post-installation • Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements • This position is safety sensitive Qualifications: • Proven background in working as an HVAC technician • Strong knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams • Physical capability to work in situations that require various safety precautions and the use of protective equipment • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities • Great written and verbal communication skills to converse with customers • Superb mechanical aptitude • Capacity to carry out repairs and paperwork as mandated • Competence to detect maintenance risks and defects in HVAC systems • OSHA 10 certification, highly preferred • Class E driver's license is highly preferred for the use of company vehicles Compensation: $24 - $34 hourly DOE • Install HVAC units and uphold all safety regulations.    • Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units    • Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the proper and secure operation of systems    • Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently    • Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations    • Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation     • Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance    • Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service    • Ensure compliance with appliance regulations and the Health and Safety Act   • Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols    • Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems    • Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep    • Quickly and capably address any emergency repairs    • Abide by all applicable company and industry safety practices    • Accomplish on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration post-installation    • Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements  • This position is safety sensitive
