Full-Time BCBA $80-90k + 10k Sign-On Bonus + HYBRIDWork Schedule & LocationThis BCBA role features a flexible hybrid work arrangement: in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.Core Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior AnalystClinical Assessment & Documentation:Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and maintain accurate documentation within our internal information management systemSecure all required consents and ensure proper recording in organizational systemsComplete ongoing assessments for newly admitted residents according to established protocolsTreatment Planning & Program Development:Develop and author behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly progress evaluations, and regulatory compliance assessmentsCreate individualized behavior intervention strategies tailored to resident needsDesign structured programming aligned with evidence-based ABA practicesStaff Training & Clinical Consultation:Deliver professional training to direct care staff on behavior management techniques, positive behavioral support strategies, structured daily routines, coping skills development, and redirection methodologiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to identify solutions and implement program modificationsPartner with healthcare providers and treatment team members regarding clinical care protocols and proceduresCoordinate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to align medication management with behavioral treatment objectivesProgram Implementation & Monitoring:Demonstrate proper implementation techniques and oversee program execution qualityConduct quarterly progress evaluations at minimum frequencyLeverage all organizational communication platforms and documentation systemsCollaborative Practice & Advocacy:Participate in scheduled clinical meetings and treatment team conferencesFoster positive, cooperative working relationships across all organizational levels and departmentsChampion and protect the rights of all residents in our careExecute supplementary responsibilities as directed by the Clinical DirectorRequired Qualifications for BCBA PositionEssential Credentials:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredMinimum two years of professional experience in a BCBA capacity preferredComprehensive Benefits PackageFinancial Benefits:Competitive 401(k) retirement plan with generous 5% employer matching contributionFully paid medical coverage through HMO plan optionDental insurance coverageVision insurance benefitsProfessional Development:Continuing education units (CEUs) providedProfessional development funding and supportCareer advancement opportunitiesTime Off & Work-Life Balance:Front-loaded paid time off (PTO) beginning immediatelyHybrid work schedule offering flexibility: three days on-site (Tuesday-Thursday), two days remote (Monday and Friday)
