They should demonstrate leadership ability to create a high performing team that functions collaboratively. The Branch Supervisor performs duties in a branch role while ensuring their teams are providing excellent customer service as well as continually looking for ways to improve the service provided and drive sales growth. The Branch Supervisor develops and maintains strong supplier and customer relationships to continue to grow profitability and market share. The Branch Supervisor sets the example for their team by always displaying a positive attitude and excellent internal and external relationships. The Branch Supervisor individually promotes and protects our culture, our 5 P's and our purpose to create lasting value to those we serve.
