With over 120 employees and 500,000 square feet of production space and a strong safety record, RMF combines skilled trades, advanced equipment, and a team-focused, employee-owned culture to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and safely. **** Job Title: Inventory Clerk Employment Type: Temporary Start Date: December 1 End Date: December 30 Schedule: December 1–12: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM December 15–30: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Position Summary: Roeslein Modular Fabrication is seeking temporary Inventory Clerks to support our annual inventory project. This short-term role involves working closely with production teams to ensure accurate material counts, proper documentation, and efficient organization of materials throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities: Count, record, and organize materials accurately. Verify and document inventory data for reporting purposes. Maintain regular attendance and follow all company safety procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications and Experience: 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling preferred. Entry-level candidates will also be considered. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting materials. Ability to read and write clearly and legibly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand or walk approximately 75% of the shift and sit up to 25%. Frequent reaching, climbing, stooping, and bending required. Work Environment: Work performed in a manufacturing setting. Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures. Steel-toed boots are required. Compensation: Starting pay is $18/hour. Roeslein & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
