· $70,000–$75,000/year + bonusAbout the RoleCoffee Fellows North America is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Café Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our coffee shop locations and all-electric mobile café vans. You'll lead our store managers and teams, drive profitability and guest satisfaction, and make sure every guest gets the "Feel at home" experience Coffee Fellows is known for. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have a real hand in shaping how we operate and grow.

What You'll Do
Operations & PerformanceOversee daily operations across all café locations and mobile units, ensuring consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Own store performance against KPIs, including sales, labor cost, cost of goods, inventory variance, and guest ratings, and partner with store managers on action plans when results fall short.
Find and put in place ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience.
Support mobile café events and activations, including staffing, stocking, and on-site execution.
Team LeadershipLead, coach, and hold accountable store managers and staff, building a positive, high-performance culture.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training on operating procedures, service standards, and coffee knowledge.
Give regular performance feedback and help team members grow into leadership roles.
Inventory & VendorsManage ordering, receiving, storage, and tracking of food, beverage, and supplies to minimize waste and protect margins.
Analyze usage patterns and forecast demand.
Work with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Systems & ReportingUse our POS system (Square) and related tools for order processing, cash handling, sales reconciliation, and third-party delivery/online ordering integrations.
Train staff on systems and troubleshoot issues to keep data accurate.
Produce regular reports on sales, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction, and turn the data into practical recommendations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L review with leadership.
Food Safety & ComplianceEnforce food safety and sanitation standards and health regulations at every location and on every van.
Conduct regular inspections and train teams on proper handling procedures and company policies.
Growth & Guest ExperienceAddress guest concerns quickly and keep service standards high.
Contribute ideas on market trends, loyalty, and sales initiatives that grow the business.
What You Bring5+ years of management experience in QSR, café, or hospitality operations, including at least 2 years in coffee shops.
Experience supervising managers or overseeing more than one location is strongly preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of food and beverage preparation, shift management, and food safety (ServSafe Manager certification preferred, or ability to obtain).
Strong business sense: comfortable with P&Ls, budgets, cost control, and KPI tracking.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Square experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate store teams.
Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations and events.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Catering, event, or culinary experience is a plus, and so is a passion for coffee.
