What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence. Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activities observed during patrols. Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
