Monday
- Friday, 8 am
- 5 pm -
- 8hr shifts, guaranteed 8hrs/day 4
- 6 patients per shift PACE program -
- exclusively serves adults over age 55 In-clinic and community visits -
- home, ALF, SNF settings BLS certification required Geriatric experience required -
- PACE experience preferred Ongoing coverage -
