Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code for the e-commerce platform using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement new features, functionalities, and integrations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Optimize platform performance, speed, and stability to ensure a smooth and reliable user journey.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems across the platform.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development, with a significant focus on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React), PHP, or Python.
- Experience with API integrations, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (Git).
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
