Norman Regional Health System is a community hospital system nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area. Our innovative cardiovascular program is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team.
We have an exciting opportunity to expand our cardiovascular program in our new state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower. The successful candidate will work closely with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Prepare equipment for procedures, ensuring a sterile environment is maintained throughout.
Assess patient conditions, positioning them correctly for optimal imaging results.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, including BLS and RCIS, and have experience working in procedural areas. A completed 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology or a military program with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility is required.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
