Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive smooth and efficient sales operations. This full-time hybrid role offers partial work-from-home flexibility and requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. The sales Coordinator will manage client communications, maintain CRM records, handle scheduling, and ensure the sales team is supported throughout each stage of the sales process. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks Manage communications with clients, including follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and providing updates Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all sales activity and client information is current Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed Coordinate schedules for sales staff, site visits, and client meetings Ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the sales cycle Assist in tracking key sales metrics, pipeline updates, and team performance Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and timely communication Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project handoffs Provide general administrative support to enhance overall sales team productivity Qualifications Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar administrative sales role Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and using remote collaboration tools Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting tasks in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Hybrid work flexibility Opportunity to contribute to a growing luxury outdoor design company Supportive team environment with room for professional growth
