What You'll Do SLP Duties: Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover and progress Document services in Raintree EMR and maintain a balanced, manageable caseload Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical collaboration Compensation & Benefits $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Productivity bonuses Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, CEUs, licensure support) Strong clinical support and mentorship Growth opportunities within a leading pediatric therapy provider Requirements What You'll Need: For SLPs: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible state SLP license CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Benefits Benefits — Why H2 Health?
