Job Summary Prepare equipment for procedures and provide patient care in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular program.
Maintain a sterile environment and work collaboratively with cardiologists to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and prepare them for procedures.
Establish and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Serve as preceptor for new staff members and radiology students.
Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and performing delegated tasks.
Maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
Basic Life Support certification required.
Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
The estimated salary for this position is $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
