Responsibilities Assembly & Integration: Build mechanical and electrical components into complete systems following detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional tests, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal system performance. Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and verify compliance with quality standards throughout the assembly process. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, test results, and process improvements. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering and quality teams to streamline assembly processes and resolve technical challenges. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Safety & Organization: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Essential Skills High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred: Experience with robotic systems and automation technologies.
