Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider in the Oklahoma City metro area, renowned for its innovative cardiovascular program. We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Summary Prepares and maintains equipment before and during procedures.
Assesses patient conditions, preparing and positioning them for optimal care.
Maintains a sterile environment throughout procedures.
Responsibilities:
Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, providing guidance and support.
Participates in the orientation of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Utilizes downtime effectively, completing tasks such as stocking rooms and checking equipment.
Maintains strong working relationships with physicians and leadership, fostering excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
Completion of 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Previous procedural area experience preferred.
Benefits:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
