Position Overview

- 100% office-based outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) \
- Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians \
- Primary site in Newington with supplemental clinical time in West Hartford \
- Team-based care model with Ambient AI documentation support \
Schedule & Call

- Full-time, weekdays \
- 4/10 hybrid schedule available – ask for details \
