Duties include:
Assumes responsibility of echocardiographic testing in the cardiovascular department
Includes but not limited to all 2D echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and stress echo tests.
Insures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies and other clinical resources employed in the delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate records and files
Hours:
Full Time, 40hrs per week
Experience/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree required
Minimum of 5 years experience performing echocardiograms, in a hospital setting
Some supervisory experience preferred
Registered as RCVT or RDCS required
Echocardiograph certification preferred
CPR required
Salary Range: Minimum $31.67 per hour - Maximum $52.23 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
