We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe transfers using a Hoyer lift.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients dietary needs and preferences.
Encourage and remind clients to take prescribed medications as scheduled (Note: No medication administration).
