1099 Contract Position
When: Approx : 2/20/23 - 8/10/23
Need a provider starting as soon as credentialed for approximately 3 to 6 months in northeast West Virginia. Any active state license will suffice.
Federal Correctional Facility
Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (day shifts) - 40 hours per week; could possibly do 4 ten hour shifts each week
No holidays or weekends needed
Primary Care/Urgent Care
ANY ACTIVE STATE LICENSE WILL SUFFICE
ACLS/BLS and DEA required
Must have at least 1 year of experience
Correctional experience a plus
1099 contract position
Credentialing will likely take 90 days, must have a clean background
