Overview
We are actively hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals to support mission-critical programs. Openings are available across multiple roles, including Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Functional Consultants, Technical Leads, and Solution Consultants. Candidates should possess strong ServiceNow platform expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Support modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, PSDS, CMDB, ITAM, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Employee Center.
- Create and maintain user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Perform configuration, customization, scripting, and workflow automation using ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
- Troubleshoot issues and support production deployments and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and federal security requirements.
