Job Description
Job DescriptionGlaser & Randhawa Mental Health Group is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician to join our Interventional Psychiatry team full-time. No previous TMS or Spravato experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates with previous TMS, Spravato, or similar treatment experience may qualify for the $20/hour rate.
Start Date: November 16, 2026Responsibilities include:Support TMS and Spravato treatments and monitor patients throughout treatmentProvide compassionate support and reassurance to patientsPrepare treatment rooms, equipment, medications, and suppliesComplete treatment checklists, documentation, PHQ-9s, and required reportingMonitor patients and promptly communicate medical or safety concerns to the appropriate providerMaintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient recordsCheck VMS and review the daily treatment scheduleHelp maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment roomsFollow treatment protocols, safety procedures, and emergency protocolsAssist with opening and closing the treatment areaWork closely with providers and other treatment team membersComplete required training and maintain competency in TMS and Spravato proceduresQualifications:Previous healthcare, patient-care, behavioral health, TMS, or Spravato experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, dependable, and compassionateStrong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and checklistsComfortable working directly with patients in a mental health settingAbility to remain calm and professional in unexpected situationsBasic computer skillsAbility to maintain patient confidentialityReliable transportationWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced mental health environmentSchedule:Monday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PMTuesday: 8:30 AM–4:15 PMWednesday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PMThursday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PMFriday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PMSchedule is tentative and may be adjusted based on patient and treatment needs.
