Essential Job Duties: Coordinate and manage available drive team to meet customer transportation needs. Dispatch drivers efficiently to maximize daily productivity Daily track and trace to ensure on time deliveries to AJ Transport customers. Prompt communication of all deviations from expected schedule. Field and resolve incoming calls from drivers and customers Work in conjunction with maintenance team to track, schedule and route equipment for all preventative maintenance/repair needs in accordance with maintenance schedule. Support operations manager in driving change management to ensure team by in and compliance with all policies and procedures. Bolster driver retention via relationship building with the drive team. Daily review/audit of driver paperwork to ensure billing accuracy Weekly touch points with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships
