About the Role The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will play a vital role in our cardiovascular program, preparing medical equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, serving as a preceptor to new hires and students in the field.
Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain medical equipment for procedures
Provide high-quality patient care and positioning
Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:
A completed 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology
Eligibility and/or current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
Preferred certification in Cardiovascular (CV) or Interventional (CI) and/or Vascular (VI)
Basic Life Support (BLS) training and certification
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire
