Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience on a buy or sell-side convertibles desk , with a strong understanding of execution workflows and market dynamics. A quantitative background is highly preferred - whether through academic training or hands-on experience with tools like Python, Excel modeling, or data analysis. The role offers high visibility, mentorship, and a clear path toward increased responsibility. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in trading or execution, ideally on a buy/sell-side converts desk Familiarity with convertible bonds, options, and related instruments Quantitative skill set (Python, Excel, VBA, or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments NYC-based or willing to relocate Why This Role?
