Reporting to the COO, the Hospital Therapy Services Interim Director will lead and supervise the therapy services team, including physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and support staff. This hospital is highly dedicated to offering the highest quality community care, so the Interim Director of Rehabilitation Services  should ensure high-quality care is delivered by setting clinical standards and monitoring therapy outcomes.

The Interim Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the hospital’s therapy department. This role typically encompasses physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and possibly other specialized therapy services. The Director ensures that these services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience in a similar position is strongly encouraged in order to find success in this position.
