Position OverviewSeeking a detail-oriented Lab Coordinator to support a large-scale laboratory equipment inventory project for our customer. This role involves verifying, updating, and tagging laboratory assets across multiple labs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of following precise instructions.Key Responsibilities Inventory Laboratory Equipment: Confirm location, model, serial number, and parent/child relationships for each asset. Update records in the inventory app with any changes. Track changes at the asset level. Asset Tagging: Remove existing asset tags. Apply new standardized asset tags based on make/model. Data Verification & Updates: Use an iPad with an inventory app to identify equipment by serial or model number. Confirm and update information in the app; correct inaccuracies by taking photos and entering accurate details. Update location information if equipment has been relocated. Mark unconfirmed equipment and note if found elsewhere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Summit, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
