This 220+ bed hospital offers cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment options and optimal nurse-to-patient ratios. 

The Administrative RN Manager Psychiatry will enjoy working in this active unit. The Behavioral Health Service Line at this hospital sees patients with various types of psychiatric illnesses. The unit is recognized for providing respectful care focused on patients' needs. The large, inpatient unit sees both adult and adolescent patients.

In this comprehensive role, the Administrative RN Manager Psychiatry will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership acumen, as the role oversees the administrative and operational functions of the unit. This role includes oversight of the long-term planning, goals, and employees of the patient care unit. This Nurse Leader will oversee over a staff of full-time employees including Registered Nurses and Counselors. Many of the experienced Nurses are educated in trauma-informed care and use a sensory approach to de-escalate patients. A team of onsite Psychiatrists will also collaborate with this RN Leader. Candidates with prior Psych experience will earn quick interviews.
