The Physical Therapist will play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of patients. The PT's responsibilities will include providing physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, medical, medical-surgical, and neuro-rehabilitation needs. The experienced Physical Therapist will work with infants, children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each individual.

As a Physical Therapist at Desert Regional Medical Center, your role is instrumental in helping patients regain their physical health and well-being. You will conduct thorough patient assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans to address a broad spectrum of needs, including orthopedic, medical, medical-surgical, and neuro-rehabilitation cases. Working with patients of all age groups, from infants to geriatric individuals, you will employ your expertise to enhance their mobility, strength, and overall functionality. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is essential, as you engage in case conferences and discharge planning to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Maintaining meticulous patient records and documentation is crucial, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Furthermore, your role includes educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques to facilitate their recovery and improve their quality of life.
