What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor the location for unusual activity and report findings according to established procedures. Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with inquiries or directions while maintaining a professional presence. Complete detailed and accurate reports related to security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management to address security-related needs and uphold a welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
