- Will rotate holidays
Founded in 1995,  PerformCare®is a national behavioral health managed care organization that helps health plans and customers provide comprehensive behavioral health management strategies and solutions to optimize clinical outcomes, maximize efficiency, and integrate services. Member Services Specialists are the first point of contact for youth, families/caregivers, and Providers accessing the System of Care. 
Answer all calls within a specific service level agreement
Complete the registration process
Explain procedures for accessing services to Members
Provide outstanding customer service
Qualified candidates must be local to Robbinsville, New Jersey
and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. Will rotate holidays
With an Associate's Degree, a minimum of one (1) year of current/recent mental health and/or human services experience required ; Without an Associate's Degree, a minimum of two (2) years of current/recent mental health and/or human services experience required ; Current/recent Call Center experience with high call volume
Ability to respond sensitively to Member’s (youth, families/caregivers) and Provider's requests 
Working knowledge of MS Office applications 
~ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
