Mercy Flights is hiring for a Membership Sales Specialist Summary: Mercy Flights is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist responsible for promoting and selling Mercy Flights membership programs to individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on outreach, building relationships with prospective members, educating the community on the value of membership, and supporting strategies that increase membership retention and acquisition. Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with contributions and monthly flex dollarsCommission incentive based on new group membership sizeCommission Structure 1524 members: $50 per group2549 members: $100 per group50+ members: $200 per groupKey Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, and organizations to grow group membershipsAttend and represent Mercy Flights at community events, fairs, and meetingsRespond to inquiries about membership benefits, pricing, and coverage detailsTrack and report sales activity, leads, and conversions using CRM toolsCollaborate with the Membership team to support marketing campaigns and outreach strategiesAssist with onboarding new members and ensuring accurate data entry in the membership systemProvide excellent customer service and follow-up to prospective and current membersMaintain knowledge of Mercy Flights services and communicate the value of the program effectivelyMeet or exceed monthly and annual membership sales goalsQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent At least2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outreachStrong communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport with diverse audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsValid Oregon Driver LicenseSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a teamHow to apply: Apply online at: To ensure consideration, a completed resume and Mercy Flights application must be received.
