Early Intervention Speech Therapist

Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home. Maintain accurate patient records. Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans. Qualifications: Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred. Understanding of speech and language anatomy. Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials.
