The Well is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing independent RIA that has tripled its AUM in four years - entirely through organic, referral-driven growth. They are adding Financial Advisors nationwide and want entrepreneurial, client-first advisors who are ready for their best years.

Who they are looking for:
- Series 65 (or equivalent) licensed advisors in good standing
- Entrepreneurial self-starters who generate their own business
- Advisors with a fiduciary mindset and unquestioned integrity
- Strong communicators who build deep, long-term client relationships
- CFP designation is a plus - not a requirement
- Existing book of business is welcome - but not required for the right candidate
- Clean compliance record and clear ownership of client relationships
