Job Title: Multimodality Technologist Float - Rotation Location: Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania Job Category: Diagnostic Services, Radiology Schedule: Rotation Work Type: Full time Department: GMCM Radiology Team Date Posted: 06/09/2025 Job ID: R-79030 Job Summary $15,000 sign on bonus for eligible applicantsThis position is eligible for a $6 float premium CT/ MRI The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist performs routine and complex imaging exams in assigned modalities which may include a combination of the following dependent on advanced certification and competency: Xray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Interventional Radiology. Multi-Modality Imaging technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic exams, use of radiofrequencies, and/or multi-frequency sound waves for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist acquires and analyzes data needed for diagnosis, interpretation and the performance of imaging exams and procedures at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. Multi-Modality Imaging technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy.The Multi-Modality Technologist must be flexible in job assignments, willing and able to learn new skills, and is required to maintain annual competencies in all assigned modalities.Multi-Modality Technologists must actively contribute to patient care across multiple modalities within their scheduled shifts and/or maintain active placement on more than one modality schedule during each pay period. Job Duties * Ensures correct order is obtained, patient is properly identified and prepared for exam, and that clinical history is corroborated and appropriately documented while respecting confidentiality. * Utilizes appropriate imaging protocol and optimizes technical factors while maximizing patient safety, optimizing patient care, and applying principles of ALARA (As Low as Reasonably Achievable). * Preparing and/or administering, as applicable, medications through new or existing vascular access site as prescribed by a licensed practitioner. * Evaluates images for proper positioning and acceptable technical quality and verifies archival storage and/or
