Salary: $72,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: I require a minimum of 3 years of direct experience with ERP systems, with a strong preference for Dynamics 365 Business Central. You should possess the capability to analyze, comprehend, and work with SQL and JavaScript. Experience with code repositories such as Git or Azure DevOps is essential. A willingness to learn AL programming is desired if you are not already skilled in it. You must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to gather requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders. A positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and a sense of ownership are important. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; however, technical proficiency and practical experience are my primary qualifications. Responsibilities: I expect you to analyze business processes and applications to identify enhancement opportunities within ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will design and develop custom workflows, extensions, and applications in Business Central using the AL programming language and related tools. Customizing Business Central modules and integrating third-party applications to meet business requirements will be part of your duties. You will support data management and migration efforts within ERP environments, including legacy SQL databases. Collaboration on integration strategies for cloud-based storage and historical data access will be essential. Providing technical support to staff regarding custom applications and reports will be your responsibility. You will offer ongoing support and development for existing Power BI reports. Assisting in training and supporting end-users on newly implemented software and workflows will also be expected. You will work closely with the Sr. Business Systems Manager and our implementation partners to improve applications, streamline workflows, and foster ongoing ERP development and support. Your contributions will include analyzing and developing custom applications and exploring integrated solutions for areas like inventory management, sales tracking, quoting, warehouse operations, scanning tools, CRM, e-commerce, and reporting. After implementation projects, you will provide continued support for business systems, facilitate new application development, and enhance reports.In addition to your role, we offer several benefits, including childcare financial assistance of up to $5,000 per year, excellent healthcare coverage (with medical costs being 95% covered by the employer), company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off, a referral bonus, and opportunities for on-the-job training.
