Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

Job Summary Prepares and maintains state-of-the-art imaging equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
Collaborates with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Maintains a sterile environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Utilizes downtime effectively by performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provides personalized attention to patients, ensuring comfort and minimizing anxiety during procedures.
Equipment Preparation: Prepares and tests equipment before and after procedures, guaranteeing optimal performance.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or eligible.
Previous experience in a cath lab or radiology setting preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Benefits Package:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour, commensurate with experience.
