Norman Regional Health System We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.
About the Role This position requires a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with experience in cath lab procedures. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide high-quality patient care
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Current ARRT registration and/or RCIS certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
Previous experience in a cath lab setting preferred
