Our focus is on creating a supportive and effective foundation for each child’s growth and development.Role DescriptionWe are looking to fill two positions. One is for a part-time to full-time, on-site role located in Corona, CA, for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant. The second is for a part-time to full-time on-site role in Chino, CA, with the potential for in-home therapy in the future. Both roles involve assisting Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and preparing materials for sessions. The assistant will work closely with children and their families to support communication goals and contribute to positive therapy outcomes.QualificationsExperience with conducting therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progressKnowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disordersStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and team membersProficiency in documentation and organizational skills for maintaining accurate recordsRelevant certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)Ability to work effectively in an on-site environmentPassion for working with children and families to promote their developmentBenefits and PayHourly clinical rate, dependent upon experience, from $28-$40/hour401k PlanFull-time employees are eligible for various health insurance plans, as well as access to dental benefits, vision coverage, CPR training, and an annual subscription to speechpathology.com
