This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and has a natural flair for sales and storytelling. Primary Responsibilities: Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting pieces that match their personal style and needs. Brand Ambassador: Provide detailed education on our brand story, materials, and design philosophy. Daily Operations: Handle transactions accurately, manage inventory tracking, and restock merchandise. Visual Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing display area. Client Relations: Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty. Qualifications Experience: Previous retail or sales experience required (jewelry experience is a plus, but not mandatory). Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organization: Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy pop-up or retail environment. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for jewelry and design. Availability: Flexible schedule, including a requirement for weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding performance and providing a stable, supportive work environment. Competitive Pay: $65 daily base + 10% commission on sales. Guaranteed Minimum: A total daily guarantee of $120/day (if base + commission is lower than $120, we top you up).
