By expanding our virtual primary care team, we are meeting the needs of our patients and helping the community stay connected to primary care. This role will see established Optum patients in Washington state.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
* $ 40,000 starting Bonus + Retention Bonus
* Our virtual care model helps meet our patients need for the convenience of virtual care.
* Providers are backed by our extensive network of specialty care doctors, pharmacy and ancillary services.
* Flexible schedule that fits into your life with the ability to work 5, 4 or 3 days a week
* Dedicated administrative time with visits lasting 40 or 20 minutes
The Everett Clinic joined Optum in 2019, working together across the Puget Sound, the partnership means we're able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services. Required Qualifications:
* Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State
* BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine by start date
* Unrestricted DEA by start date
Preferred Qualifications:
* Providers with 2+ years of experience in an Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinic or Outpatient setting
* Providers with experience working in virtual/OnDemand care
Nationwide Telecommute Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
