* Tired of being overworked and not able to give your patients the care they deserve?
* Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
* Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
* Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
* Consult and practice with other health professionals
* Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth including but not limited to new patient, physician referrals, and workers compensation.
