**Job Description**

We are looking for an **RPA Business Analyst** to elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects. This position will be **full-time** and **remote.**

**What Youll Do**

+ As an RPA Business Analyst(UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions.

+ Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

+ You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.

+ As an RPA Business Analyst(UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions.

+ Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

+ You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, and a minimum of 5+ years as an RPA BA.

+ Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

+ Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Experience with process modelling and workflow automation tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
