Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr Project SchedulerJob Location: Douglasville, Georgia (onsite)Salary: $130,000 - $160,000Eligibility/Clearance: Eligible to work in the USJob Description:Stelic is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major wastewatertreatment plant project in Georgia. This onsite role provides scheduledevelopment, progress integration, and reporting across civil,structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems work. You willensure schedule accuracy, field alignment, and clear critical pathvisibility as the project advances through construction, equipmentinstallation, startup, and handover.Key Responsibilities* Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for a wastewatertreatment plant project.* Build detailed WBS, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties thatreflect real construction and process sequencing.* Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, field supervisors,subcontractors, and commissioning teams.* Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations throughconsistent site presence.* Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with insights, risks, andrecommended actions.* Support schedule risk reviews, constraint analysis, and scenariomodeling.* Maintain baseline accuracy and track variances using structured changemanagement processes.* Integrate procurement updates, long-lead equipment fabrication, anddelivery timelines.* Align construction activities with process start-up, mechanicalcompletion, and system handover requirements.* Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation and schedule narratives.Requirements* 5+ years of scheduling experience on large civil infrastructure,water, wastewater, or industrial projects.* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of constructionlogic.* Experience coordinating with field teams to validate activitysequencing and constraints.* Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant processes, major equipment,and commissioning paths preferred.* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexschedule information for leadership and field teams.* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relatedfield preferred.Work Environment* Full-time onsite role in Georgia.* High collaboration with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, andprocess disciplines.* Regular participation in site walks, field progress checks, andcoordination meetings.Benefits* Competitive salary.* Health, dental, and vision coverage.* 401(k) program.* PTO and paid holidays.* Professional development support.Join Our TeamIf you want to support a high-impact infrastructure project thatrequires precision scheduling and strong field integration, this roleoffers meaningful responsibility and visibility.Equal OpportunityStelic is an equal opportunity employer.
