Pay Bonuses
* Starting at 55 CPM + up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total)
* $500 transition bonus
* $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days
* Layover pay: $150/24-hr period
* Detention pay: $25/hr after 2 hours
* Extra stop pay: $25/stop
